or functional position you should have strong statistical and financial analysis
skills. You should also be capable of delivering training. Possessing good knowledge
of the financial services industry you should be capable of leading a multi-skilled
team project. With strong project management skills you should have a PTR of delivery
in English and or French.Applicants must be Six Sigma black belt qualified/certified,
possess at least 1-2 years hands on experience in delivering applications using
Six Sigma and possess some change management, process management and Project management
abilities. You must have strong communication skills and the ability to sell 6
Sigma internally and externally. Your role will be to drive and implement change
processes using a hands-on, dynamic and pro-active approach and thus showing the
ability to install confidence.

Lead Graphic Designer - Cambridgeshire, UK Lead Graphic Designer sought to take on the crucial role of developing my clients
corporate identity in a variety of media and formats. You'll be highly proficient
in designing Flash and static graphics (for use on our website), webpage layout,
direct marketing materials, exhibition and event graphics, advertising, and branded
merchandise. As lead graphic designer you'll work closely with the Marketing department
you'll be responsible for brand image, logo's, merchandising and print buying.
Additionally, you will liaise regularly with our in-house web developers. You
will have excellent interpersonal skills, being able to critically discuss your
ideas and thoughts with the Senior Management team. You will be proactive, work
fast and accurately and enjoy your job.

Software Architect - East Anglia Software Architect wanted by my client. You will have overall responsibility
for driving the major technical decisions to determine the architecture for software
development projects. This includes identifying and documenting architecturally
significant aspects of the system, providing rationale for technical decisions,
balancing concerns of all stakeholders, minimising technical risk and ensuring
all decisions are communicated and adhered to. You will work closely with the
Project Manager, System Analyst and customer representatives to provide technical
direction and supervision and ensure the solution meets requirements. The initial
opportunity is a project to deliver innovative geo-spatial processing functions
in an Oracle database, underpinning a web editing application developed by our
partners. You will lead negotiations with our partners on technical issues. When
this project has completed you will be assigned to other software development
projects, typically involving geo-spatial processing in enterprise architectures
