Client Relationship Manager required with proven experience in pensions administration to be responsible for a portfolio of key accounts. You will be responsible for managing and developing current accounts as well as taking on new clients.
Your responsibilities will include the ability to recognise and develop on project opportunities within your client portfolio, deliver services into existing and new clients, and to keep your customers up to date on the businesses services, products and future plans. You must be able to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets for your portfolio, and maximise on opportunities within a timely, efficient and effective manner. A key part of the role is building relationships with your clients, especially key decision makers within the business.
You must have experience working within a similar position previously, and if you have worked within and outsource environment then this would be of high advantage. Proven experience of managing multiple clients, building relationships and delivering services and products is a must, therefore you must uphold excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. As well working with external clients you will also be working closely with internal teams and senior management so you will also be a good team player.
Strong negotiation and commercial skills are essential within this position. If you possess any industry qualifications then this is beneficial although not essential.
