An exclusive Ripe4 client is looking for a geophysicist to join their expanding team. Working out of their recently redesigned offices you will oversee a range of projects for key clients within the offshore Oil, Gas and Renewable energy sectors.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of offshore experience as the role will involve both the planning and design of geophysical surveys and geotechnical surveys and the managing of offshore projects.
Essential
• The candidate must possess at least a BSc Degree in Geology/Geophysics/Earth Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience offshore, with some experience of working on the UKCS
• Experience working for a consultancy
• Ability to establish good client relationships, previous client facing experience would be advantageous
Advantageous
• An additional qualification (or experience) in oceanography
• Previous operations experience would be an advantage
