The role will involve providing advice in the expanding wind energy sector assessing the commercial viability of investments. You will have excellent career prospects and the chance to lead, manage and consult on due diligence projects at the cutting edge of the renewable energy market.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of due diligence including areas such as Project Risk Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Modeling & Assessment, Construction, Development & Site Assessments, Bank’s Engineer, Insurer’s Engineer, Procurement & Supply Chain Analysis, Contracts & Legal Review, Resource Assessment & Uncertainty Analysis, Technology Evaluation & Reliability Review and more than 3 years senior project management experience within the renewable energies field, with a focus on wind energy. You must have experience of working with financial bodies and excellent report writing skills in order to produce due diligence reports for clients.
In an ideal world you will be Chartered MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE / MIMechE or equivalent. Commercial experience and a broad understanding of the renewable energy market would be advantageous.
