This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced health and safety site manager to work within the Wind energy sector. The company is at the forefront of this sphere working alongside major utilities firms, project developers and wind turbine manufacturers. The ideal candidate will have extensive client facing experience within a consultancy environment. In renewable energy there are many specialist technical, legal, commercial and other challenges that must be thoroughly understood if success is to be assured and therefore you must have experience providing H&S advice within the wind energy sector.
Essential Attributes
· A minimum of 3 years client facing experience within a consultancy environment
Good communicator
NEBOSH National General Certificate
Experience of providing Health & Safety advice in a construction environment
Experience providing H&S advice within the wind energy sector
Desirable Attributes
Membership of IOSH and / or APS
Up to date knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM Regulations
Experience of working in a consultancy environment
Understanding of the renewable energy markets
Offshore experience
