You will ideally have good cross functional experience, having both operational and transactional projects under you’re black belt. Act as change agent committed to accelerate process improvements by maintaining a focus on customers, process metrics & data accuracy. You will have good statistical skills to develop & implement relevant process metrics and give guidance to other team areas. Excellence in DMAIC is essential, as is playing the part of a mentor and trainer to existing Green belts. Working as a site ambassador for Six Sigma you will be required to partner with process owners throughout EMEA in order to drive further awareness and acceptance of Six Sigma.
