Wind Resource Director required to work on a 3 year contract based over in Mumbai, India. You will be responsible to managing a team of up to 50 people, and therefore should have previous experience of man management. Although a lot of the reports are direct, you may also be required to work on a matrix management basis dependant on the projects.
You will be responsible for working on Wind Energy projects, involving wind assessment, feasibility studies, data analysis, wind resource function and identifying potential wind farm sites. Experience of WASP, WindPro and Wind Farmer are essential.
You must possess a solid background working within the Wind Energy sector and ideally you will have worked within senior management positions previously. If you have experience working within the UK, Germany or Denmark then this would be of high advantage.
You should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in either Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental or a similar discipline. You will be a proactive individual with the ability to lead large complex teams. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with good time management and organisational skills.
