A registered Qualified Person (QP) is required to support the running of the Quality department within a leading manufacturer of innovative Pharmaceutical solutions based in Oxfordshire
The successful applicant will report directly to the Director of Quality and will be expected to ensure that the facility is compliant with all current manufacturing guidelines (GMP) and regulatory standards. This will be achieved through the effective management of the Quality team-members and maintenance of a strict Quality Management System.
The position will also involve ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of clients by liaising across all departments, as well as taking over the responsibilities of the Director in their absence.
Successful applicants will hold a relevant Life Sciences degree as well as over three years experience within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology organization. Candidates must also be eligible to be appointed as Qualified Person (QP) within a UK organization. You will be a confident and natural leader able to liaise with both separate departments and clients, and therefore you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working on the delivery of projects you should have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines at times.

Based out of Oxfordshire the position is commutable from Banbury, Abingdon, Didcot, High Wycombe, Dunstable, Luton and surrounding areas.
