A Lead Information Analyst required managing a team of individuals to develop and deliver solutions to external clients. You must excellent technical acumen and have proven experience working with relational databases such as SQL and some programming skills in either VBA or Java. Commercial experience of Oracle 9g, XML and PL/SQL is a must.
You will be responsible for managing changing information requirements, validating and interpreting complex data, designing solutions to meet clients needs and you will be required to specify database requirements. Proven man management or team lead experience is essential, and you will have the ability to manage and lead multiple IT projects.
Ideally you will be educated to degree level in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science or a related discipline and you must have sound experience of working within a similar position. Working closely with the NHS you will have commercial experience and a solid understanding of NHS/healthcare datasets, and have strong statistical modelling skills.
Working within a client focussed environment you will possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the capability to work well within a team but also as an individual. Strong analytical skills are essential along with good organisational and time management skills.
Based out of London the role is commutable from Westminster, West End, City of London, Finsbury, Barnsbury, Islington and surrounding areas.
