PPC Team Leader, Senior PPC Executive, Account Manager, Pay Per Click, Paid Search, Google, MSN, Yahoo, PPC Manager, Excel
PPC Team Leader required managing a team of up to 6 individuals ensuring that they deliver all projects and activity to external and internal client requirements on time and to a high quality. You will also be responsible for assisting in the development of the current PPC proposition offered to the company’s clients.
You will also be required to maintain and build on current relationships with Google, MSN and Yahoo, train internal staff and clients in all aspects of PPC and you will also be expected to put together training manuals and development plans for your team. As the company grow so will your team and you will therefore be involved in the recruitment and interview process of any new team members, so previous experience within this area would be of high advantage.
You MUST be hands on individual who possesses excellent technical PPC knowledge, know how and commercial experience and you will also have good coordination skills. If you have worked within a large online marketing organisation working with large clients then this would be highly beneficial. Ideally you will be degree qualified or equivalent and you will have practical first hand experience of working on PPC activity from an agency side, although experience from client side will also be considered. It is essential that you are up to date with best practices and developments with Paid Search and you should have the ability to demonstrate how to set up and manage campaigns for different clients across all search engines.
Liaising with internal departments and at times external clients, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital as are good analytical and problem solving skills. You will be IT literate and will be a fully competent user of Excel and you will have working knowledge of MS Office, Word, etc. A proactive approach is needed to your research due to the ever changing landscape of Paid Search and you should have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines at times. Leading a team of individuals you will be personable in your approach, have the capability to delegate and also motivate your team.
Based out of East Yorkshire the role is commutable from Selby, York, Beverley, Goole, Hull and surrounding areas.
