Lead Validation/Verification expert required to assess the feasibility of global CDM projects. You will be working as lead validator/verifier, or will be at a point in your career where you feel that would be the logical next step. Ideally you will also have experience of leading projects that have gone through validation as part of CDM, JI, EU ETS, ISO14064 part 1 and 2, VCS 2007 and other voluntary emission programmes.
You will have good written and spoken English skills, and knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese (Mandarin) would be extremely advantageous. There are a number of locations available with this company, and the candidate would therefore be based in either, China, Latin America, India, or South East Asia. The location of the role depends on the candidates’ local knowledge and relevant language skills.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as listed above but will also be the sort of individual who enjoys mentoring more junior colleagues and who is a true team player. You will also have a personal interest in lowering carbon emissions and will see the bigger picture benefits of doing so.

The international nature of this role means that salary rates differ between countries, but the company are prepared to offer very competitive rates to the right individual.
