Process Mapping Manager required to drive, support and oversee all improvements and implementations through the full lifecycle. Supporting the implementation of an IT system throughout the business you will be responsible for capturing requirements from a process, lead the design of a new operating model and plan change management activities. Driving improvements from end to end cycle you will utilise process modelling and analysis, and you will also be expected to review internal process utilising Lean thinking and techniques.
Working on the IT implementation projects you will be required to undertake project planning and design, managing risks and issues, configuration and development and you will be liaising with all staff ensuring communication is fluent within the project team. You will have an excellent understanding and commercial experience of Continuous Improvement as you will be working closely and expected to influence Stakeholders.
You must have proven experience working within business analysis, process mapping, business modelling, process modelling and requirements definition. Working in IT systems implementation projects it would be highly beneficial if you have worked with ERP, SAP or Oracle but any other similar systems experience will be considered. A strong knowledge of continuous improvement concepts, tools and techniques (Lean/ Six Sigma) is essential within this position, as is having the ability to lead project teams, internal staff and stakeholders.
You will be a self starter who maintains excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and you will have experience working within a similar position. Strong numerical, data analysis and problem solving skills are essential and you will be able to perform under pressure and to tight deadlines at times.
