A unique opportunity has arisen within Operational Excellence, as Ripe4 are partnering with a major utilities and engineering company, who are looking to dramatically expand their Continuous Improvement Programme, throughout their business. They are a company who provide a service to millions of customers every day, and are continually looking to provide the highest level of service possible.
As it is a highly important time in the London area this year, their Continuous Improvement programme is now more important than ever before, therefore they are looking to build a team of fully certified Black Belts, to be based in one of their locations in central London, to drive improvement projects in engineering, maintenance, and back office functions.
There is full support from the senior management for their lean six sigma programme, and they see the role as a stepping stone onto greater things, moving into senior process or a senior Operational role within 18-24 months.
In order to be considered for this role, you will be a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and have experience in an industry such as manufacturing, engineering, production, utilities, transport, or similar. You will also be able to demonstrate your abilities at managing projects and people, analysing processes, and producing results.
