An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with one of Europe’s largest utility companies. This ‘family feel’, democratic company had an extremely high employee retention rate and genuine career advancement opportunities.
The role entails working regionally throughout the south-east and liaising with business managers in order to facilitate Change Management. You will provide coaching and on hand advice to business partners, in order to facilitate change.
Candidates should have exceptional communication skills and proven Change Management experience. You must have the ability to work autonomously and think strategically across the organisation. Shared service environmental experience is also desirable.
