As Lean Manager you will plan, lead and coordinate continuous improvement efforts and manage Lean Sigma Black Belts at site or within a functional area

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience within a dedicated Lean role
  • Work, Daily Management Process, and Visiualization
  • Understanding the need to have Multi day kaizen events (since they are at the beginning of the journey), where we have limited scope, training in lean and Solving an issue and implement right after kaizen, this with x functional people), so being a Kaizen Facilitator would be great.
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Fluent in German language is a MUST
  • Ability to operate to all levels of the business, from shop floor to management
  • Train and provide development opportunities for staff. Ensure annual goals are complete and communicated. Ensure Global Performance Management System is up to date and regular feedback is provided to staff members
