Ripe4 are currently partnering with a world leading manufacturing organisation who are seeking a talented Quality Engineer who will responsible for leading the entire Quality Organisation

 The role will require you to:

·         Develop a competent, high performance quality staff and promote a positive quality culture throughout the facility

·         Provide quality training to increase competency levels and overall quality awareness within the facility

·         Install data driven quality improvement activities within all manufacturing departments

·         Ensure successful launch through proper development and execution of process controls and APQP deliverables including PFMEA, Process Control Plans, Inspection Plans, PPAP, etc.

·         Drive expedient resolution of internal and external quality concerns through the application of 8D and other formal problem solving methodology as required

·         Accountable for ensuring full quality and regulatory compliance of a facility, while driving process effectiveness and efficiency at the site

·         Responsible for managing quality systems, processes and procedures to assure product quality and safety

·         Ensures site audit readiness and hosts the Quality System & ISO 9001 audits/certification; prepares and executes Quality Management System reviews

·         Managing a team of up to 10 persons: Providing leadership and facilitates problem resolution, resource utilization, career counseling, coaching and mentoring of team members

·         Ensure compliance to internal and external regulations

·         Influencing quality system metrics such as Corrective and Preventive Action, training metrics, completion and complaint resolution metrics

·          

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

·         Experience and understanding of product development, manufacturing, quality control and servicing in a cGMP environment

·         Experience with Lean tools and culture

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience as supervisor / manager

·         Ability to communicate fluently in English and German

·         Practical and proven experience with Lean Tools and culture

·         Demonstrated ability to develop & lead process implementation & improvement in a team environment

·         Fluent German (Spoken and Written)
