About the Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator:

As a Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator, you will be a catalyst for change within the site. You will identify, facilitate and implement process improvement using Lean Manufacturing methods whilst coaching and training your colleagues from all areas of the business and have the responsibility of managing and tracking multiple projects.

Your main responsibilities as a Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator:

·        To identify and implement new ways of working to improve performance and to attack waste streams. This will include lean manufacturing tools, equipment and processes

·        Set up best practice for ways of working, systems and processes such as SOP’s and change control

·        Support the 5S programme, coaching and training when required by producing and developing training packages

·        Monitor and set up KPI’s, using these to generate and measure improvements

About you:

 You will have worked within a dedicated CI role and be well versed in Value Stream Mapping and other Lean methods / tolls. Previous work experience within a fast moving manufacturing environment, Automotive, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Medical device, Print would be advantageous, whilst possessing good use and knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

You will receive a highly competitive salary paying from £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience and excellent company benefits.
