Our Client, a Market leading FMCG Company is currently looking for a MULTISKILLED SHIFT ENGINEER (Electrical Biased) to join their site in Berkshire!

 

The role is hands-on and you will be working in a shift team of up to 6 engineers. You will be focusing on the investigation and repair of breakdowns and providing technical expertise to operations. This role will involve reactive and proactive maintenance.

The role includes:

·             Electrical, mechanical and control engineering (Majority Electrical and Controls)

·             Coaching and mentoring others in technical matters

·             Getting down to the root cause of breakdowns and any other technical issues

·             Ensuring all the highest standards are upheld

 

Ideally You will have:

  • Experience within Fast Moving OR Manufacturing environment; (also people from Army and Navy will be considered)
  • Experience working on PLC/ Instrumentation/Automation equipment   
  • Apprenticeship or HNC qualified.
  • Electrical/Controls qualification (is a MUST)
  • Proactive attitude and will be a strong team player
