Ripe4 are delighted to announce that another unique opportunity has arisen to join a Global Building Materials Manufacturer as People Development Leader.

Our Client is a Market leading company with multi-million annual turnover. It is an exciting place in the development of their operations and there has never been a better time to join the company due to their continual growth.

 

 

You will have:

 

·         Around 10 years of experience in People development and coaching roles in a Manufacturing environment

·         Strong knowledge in WCM  tools as well as Lean and continuous improvement tools

·         Good Interpersonal Effectiveness, you are a strong communicator and a natural coach willing to teach, inspire  and capable to challenge.

·         You are fluent in English and ideally another language. You are generally aware of intercultural management

 

Your responsibilities:

 

·         You will have responsibility for providing  coaching and training needed for the personnel at any level, mainly managers

·         You will adapt WCM best practice through the group making sure that the deployment is culturally sensitive and adapted

·         You will follow up on KPI’s and KAI’s and ensure that the WCM practices are optimum once deployed on site.

 

This is a Global position that will see you travelling globally to reach every site of the group, the initial location is quite flexible (anywhere around an international airport). It will also offer strong exposure within the group.
